This study analyzes interview and considers the
characteristic of reality of“juvenile offenders”through Social
Constructionism regarding murder case caused by bullying that
occurred in 1993 at the junior high school， Shinjo-city in
Yamagata prefecture. The main findings are as folows: 1)
“juvenile offenders”should always control daily social
instruction in order not to reveal reality as “offenders”even
though they plead not guilty. 2) Under the present system，when
juvenile offenders plead not guilty，they might see judges with
hostility through hearing process. 3) Deviation culture outside
easily brings into detainees of juvenile training schools，oppose
to orthodox culture there and consequently，becomes one of
factors to hamper correctional education in juvenile training
schools.
