“Virtual engineering” （in the consumption society in
today) is the design method that the designer can do a
quick judgment based on the appropriate performance
evaluation.
It is possible to think that virtual engineering is the
next way from the following four ways (The way by the
observation，the way by the theory，the way by the experiment，
the way by the simulation).
The data of virtual engineering is not an analog data
and is a digital data.
This thing is the technique which suited computer processing.
To use the way of virtual engineering in the structure
design gives us the possibility of the more flexible structure
design.
