Construction of the Regional Culture Archive Using Streaming / Archiving Servers

In this paper we propose an approach to share the regional
culture resources using streaming/ archiving servers. Research
resources on regional culture have been colected and compiled
by specialists (culture researchers，etc.) traditionally. ln the
future，it is expected that citizens or students would collect and
archive regional culture resources using any distributed system
environment (streaming server，archiving server). We
investigated the technical conditions by prototyping the
regional clulture archive of Yamagata prefecture.
