「デザイン演習（教職）」のカリキュラム構築と授業実践

本稿は令和3年度より筆者が授業担当となった「デザイン演習（教職）」の実践報告論文である。カリキュラム構築のコンセプト、授業実践、成果と課題で構成されている。主に1年生を履修学年とする本授業において、学生の多くは数ヶ月前まで「生徒」として被教育体験を重ねてきた。それが一転して「教師」として教育する側の知識や技能身に付けていく。その第一歩となるこの授業は、次年度以降の教職系授業に効果的にバトンを渡すことも責務と考える。15回という限られた授業の中で受講生の理解や意欲を高めるために、①前提となる情報の共有、②校種等の分割（ブロック制）、③授業のサイクル、④実践の紹介、⑤フィードバックと実践の共有、をカリキュラム構築の柱として授業を行った。その結果、コロナ禍において多くの制限がかかる中ではあったが、期末に行った授業評価では、約9割の学生が授業の内容や方法について肯定的な受け止め方をした。授業改善の要望としては、題材プラン確定前における受講生同士の情報交換があり、令和4年度からは各ブロックの一部を同時進行（重複）させることで情報交換の時間を確保することとした。

This paper reports on the practice of the “Design Exercise for Teacher Training Course” that the author has been teaching since the academic year 2021.
　It consists of the concept of curriculum development, classroom practice, outcomes, and challenges. Many students have had educational experiences as “students” until a few months ago. Now they have changed their position to that of “teachers” and are acquiring the knowledge and skills to provide education in this class, which mainly targets first-year students.
　It is positioned as their first step, and our responsibility is to effectively pass the baton to future classes for teaching. To increase students’ understanding and motivation in only 15 classes, the pillars of curriculum development were composed of （1） sharing of prerequisite information, （2） division of school types. （block system）, （3） lesson cycles, （4） introduction of practices, （5） feedback and sharing.
　Despite many restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the term-end class evaluation showed that the contents and methods were well received by about 90% of the students. Improvement ideas included providing opportunities to exchange information before finalizing the subject. Therefore, from the academic year 2022, portions of each block will run concurrently so as to overlap, allowing time for information exchange.
