Brand new concept “Welfare Practical Aesthetics”
is named after “Welfare Economics” and critical
against the old static art theories including aesthetics,
art history, art criticism and art theories like
sociology and psychology. Especially Welfare
Practical Aesthetics criticize the autonomy of art,
which is thought as a myth, analyze the intrinsic
heteronomy between art and other scientific
disciplines and life-wide phenomena. This new art
theory is made for being ready for fewer children and
more aged society in 21st century. Creativity is most
important keyword to cultivate depressed economy,
because creativity is an unlimited capital which
everybody a priori possesses. As a proceeding
example we discuss the art and philosophy of Joseph
Beuys. Finally we proposet he necessity of improving
curriculums of art university as to connect the
creativity of young people to the social opportunities.
