本稿は、八戸に伝わる、独特の形象を備えた伝承行事、民俗芸能「えんぶり」の分析を試みつつ、観光文化論という見地からより良い観光政策への活用を含め「観光と祭礼」をどの様に考えていくべきか考察する論考である。

This paper is a study to think about regional revitalization
and tourism promotion through analysis of traditional
folk performing art called “ENBRI” which has long
been known to Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture.
