First aid about votive tablets “Ema”painted on paper
in Yamagata prefecture Murayama region.

Conservation environment of Ema is susceptible such
as temperatures and humidities.
Those in Yamagata prefecture Murayama region
painted on paper are located in situations that often are
damaged.
In particular, degradation of the paper drawn on acid
paper after Meiji period were severe conditions.
So, until now also have reported the importance of first
aid for the preservation of the Ema.
But,it was not detail reports about treatments.
So It is assumed that since it is important for first aids,
actually report parts of the treatments.
