Information circulation in Inland Sea of Seto was
interruption once in a “KANSEI” period, but after that,
the convalescent aspect was shown according to the
former studys. But the aspect of Bakumatsu period isn’t
clear.
There was delay of information by Ryukyu mission
in “KAEI” period, but such as this reason couldn’t see
stereotyping in a passage area, there was difficulty of the
correspondence in the root. Delay of information wasn’t
seen about usual business of anything but that. But
information was blocked by “Choshu-han” off perfectly
by passing through “CHOSHU” wars. Therefore public
grapevine collapsed perfectly.
