テレワークと地域創生

Regional Revitalization through Telework
─The Shift from the Age of Choosing Workplaces to the Age of Choosing Co-Workspaces ─

テレワークは、雇用型就業者のワークライフバランスの改善、通勤交通混雑の緩和、生産性の向上、少子高齢化対策などを含め働き方改革の手段として注目されている。しかし、テレワークは地方創生においても重要な手段である。移住促進、交流人口拡大、地方の雇用安定などにも有効である。
今後、同一労働同一賃金が進み裁量労働制の広がり、定年の流動化、副業・兼業の拡大などで雇用されている労働者とフリーランスの労働・雇用・経済環境が近づいていく時代の働き方として、地方移住型完全テレワーク、半日休暇を取得してバケーションする地方旅行型テレワーク、地方に滞在しながら旅行と仕事をするワーケーション型テレワーク、地方と大都市圏に自宅を持つ二地域居住型テレワークを提案する。

Telework has been drawing attention as a means for
improvement of work life balance, commuting congestion,
improve productivity, declining birthrate and aging
problem, and work way reform.
Moreover, telework is a important means of regional activation.
It’s useful for emigration and employment stability.
Near future the same labor same wage will develop.
Abolition of the retirement system and expansion of side
jobs will make freelance and employee same.
I suggest some new work way based on a co-working
space for regional activation. That’s emigration and telework
type, travel and telework type, vacation and telework
(wocation) , and multi habitation and telework
type.
