起業教育がICTの発達し産業が高度化しているなか、大学教育の目標も高度化していかなければならない。産業の高度化は雇用制度をはじめ働き方、ひいては人生の生き方まで変化を及ぼしている。終身雇用制度の見直し、副業の解禁など企業の傘下にあった労働者がより自律しなければならないいわば個人の時代に移っている。これまで起業教育に取り組んできた筆者らは、そうした時代に相応しい教育の目標であり手法として起業教育に取り組んできた。本稿はそのなかで一昨年に取り組んだ鞄持ちプロジェクトが起業教育として一層効果が高いと評価している。鞄持ちプロジェクトを今後産学官・山形全体で展開していくことが求められる。

With the development of ICT and the sophistication of industry, the goals of university education must also be sophisticated. The sophistication of industry is changing the employment system, working styles, and even the way of life. We are moving into a so-called individual era in which workers under the umbrella of a company must become more autonomous, such as reviewing the lifetime employment system and lifting the ban on side jobs. The authors, who have been engaged in entrepreneurship education so far, have been engaged in entrepreneurship education as an educational goal and method suitable for such times. This paper evaluates that a Personal Assistant Project that was undertaken two years ago is even more effective as entrepreneurship education. It is required that a Personal Assistant Project be developed by industry, academia, government, and Yamagata as a whole.
